We publish no phone number and no mailing address, because this is a small independent publisher rather than a storefront and a number nobody answers is worse than no number at all. For anything that genuinely needs a postal address - a legal notice, for example - ask by email and we will provide one.
We are not a retailer. Penny & Pick does not sell anything, does not take payments and has no access to any order you placed. If you bought a product through one of our links, the seller was Amazon or another retailer, and your order, shipping, returns and refunds are handled entirely by them. We genuinely cannot look up your order, change it, or refund it - go to the retailer you bought from.

All four reach the same inbox. Naming which one you are sending just gets you a faster, more useful reply.
- A correction
- Something on a page is factually wrong, out of date, or a pick has been discontinued. These get priority - the page is fixed and its last-updated date changes so the correction is visible.
- A product suggestion
- A product you think belongs in a roundup, or one you think should not be there. Tell us why rather than just which, and it carries far more weight.
- A buying question
- A question a page did not answer. These frequently become new guides, because a question one reader asks is usually one a hundred others searched for.
- Press, business or licensing
- Anything commercial or legal reaches MadGrey LLC through the same address.
Before writing about a recommendation, it may be worth reading how we pick and the editorial policy - between them they answer most questions about why a product is or is not on a list.
